Terms and Conditions
Reservations
In order to secure your reservation and guarantee the best quality of products, we require that half of
the full payment be paid as a deposit. This amount will then be deducted from your final bill on the day
of your event. Please be aware that payment of the deposit should be made up to 7 days before your
event and will be non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
We understand plans can change so if you need to cancel your reservation we kindly ask you to inform
us at least 7 days prior to the time and date of your event. We will contact you at the earliest possible
time and make arrangements to complete the dinner at a future date. Due to the nature of the
activity, late cancellations are costly (food waste and spoilage). We will retain the full deposit in case of
late cancellations. Regarding any case of force majeure, only the amount that has already been spent
will be forfeited.
Guests
We kindly request the full disclosure of any guests in your party that may have a dietary requirement
or allergen that could affect their experience. For an exclusive event, guest numbers are required no later than 5 days in
advance of the booking. Please note you will be charged the full menu price for the final numbers
confirmed. We will do our best to accommodate an increase in guest numbers, however, this may not
be possible.

Ingredients are subject to seasonal variation and we reserve the right to change parts of the overall
dish ordered should the ingredients not be available or not of the necessary quality. We will always
endeavour to inform you of these changes in advance.
Should there by any leftovers, we recommend that all cold food is consumed within 4 hours and hot,
within 2 hours of service or that you make adequate arrangements for refrigerated storage of all food.
We will not to be held liable if you choose to ignore common food safety practices by not storing,
defrosting, reheating, or using proper sanitation in regard to your meals or menu.
Your responsibilities
We ask you that upon arrival the kitchen area is clean to a reasonable degree and work surfaces are
clear in order for us to deliver our service. On arrival, please show the chef how your equipment works,
including appliances. Please specify what equipment may be used for the dinner party, including pots,
pans, electrical equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware (if necessary), removing it from high
cupboards. Any faulty equipment should be removed from the kitchen prior to the dinner party to
ensure safety.
The chef reserves the right to take a 20min break every 3 hours of work.
The length of the stay will be agreed upon prior
to the event (usually ranging between 2-6 hours). If the client prefers keeping the chef on site for longer
than agreed upon, the client understands there will be an extra charge of £150 per hour.
We will not tolerate any violent, threatening behaviour, physical aggression or verbal abuse to any of our
staff or representatives. If this happens we will vacate the property immediately and the booking will
not continue. No refund will be issued and legal proceedings will be issued against you.
By booking our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and
agreed to these terms and conditions.
